Hi All,

Here is a really interesting page containing a discussion on the Animal

Welfare

Bill in the UK. I know this is not Asian related but it does contain some

general discussion

on cruelty to animals and cruelty to animals occurs globally. It is good to

see improvements

in some countries that can be used as examples to help other countries

evolve in relation to caring and compassion for animals (and all countries

have problems

concerning animal cruelty, it is humans who often cause diabolical and

severe

types of cruelty to aniamals that would seldom or never occur in the wild).
