Hindu Attitudes towards Animals: scholars/writers sought

If anyone knows any Hindu scholars, this might be a good opportunity for

them.

OXFORD, ENGLAND, March 1, 2002: Professor Andrew Linzey of the Faculty of

Theology, University of Oxford, writes that he is " looking for a scholarly

writer who could contribute an article (around 800 words) on Hindu Attitudes

to Animals for the Animal World Encyclopedia which I am editing for Kingsley

Publishing. "

Persons interested may e-mail him at " source " above: AndrewLinzey

In addition, the Vegetarian Resource Center is developing a vegetarian web

portal at www.Vegetarian.org and would like contributors of well-written

scholarly content (in English) on a range of topics related to

vegetarianism, including vegetarian windows INTO each of the world religions

and reflective traditions.
