Regarding Ms Howard's posting of the articles about breeding endangered species,

one wonders where CITES in Thailand, and its headquarters in Europe, is at this

time?

 

May I suggest copying your letter to CITES as well? It is all very well having

154 CITES signatories, but too many are doing their own thing in flagrant

disregard for their obligations under CITES, while CITES itself never responds

to letters asking them why they are not taking action, or simply, booting the

offending countries out of their membership list. So much for the " global

village "
