Most of the victims were children. With the improvement of people's lives, many local residents like to raise dogs in their home. Now the city has more than 20,000 dogs without health certificates and only 509 which have been granted health certificates by local public health departments. Wife: compensation for lack of sex A wife recently went to court against a local factory when her husband's penis was bitten by a dog which was raised by the factory in Rongjia of East China's Zhejiang Province, sina.com reported yesterday. Her husband surnamed Chen, 38, was seriously bitten on his penis when he went to the factory to visit a friend. Chen was immediately sent to the hospital for treatment. The factory has paid medical fees valued at more than 900 yuan (US$107) for Chen, but Chen's wife said that her husband unable to have intercourse now, and she is now demanding compensation, a lot of compensation . 2 young owners drown during dog bath Two primary school pupils drowned recently while they bathed their dog in a local reservoir in Taishun county of East China's Zhejiang Province, sina.com reported yesterday. The tragedy took place at about 1pm when a 12-year-old boy surnamed Xia and a 11-year-old surnamed Bao brought their dog to a reservoir to bath it.
