Please ask Mayor Kim Byoung Ryang of Seongnam City Korea

to intervene for the sake of the companion-animals suffering at Moran marketplace.

Disturbing reports are being published worldwide on the internet

on the cruel treatment inflicted on these innocent beings. An animal-welfare

investigation is needed at Moran marketplace.
