SURVIVOR III SERIES : PLEA FOR RESTRAINT

Dear Friends,

 

Some recent emails posted, and received, illustrate precisely why

I asked for restraint in dealing with the current SURVIVOR III

issue : please do NOT contact CBS or anyone else on a DIY

campaign which will dilute the impact of a COLLECTIVE

effort. I have received good support so far, for which we thank

responders - you WILL be kept updated.

 

Please note that we are not out to " get " CBS or the SURVIVOR

people - we only want to ensure that there will be no repeat of

animal cruelty and the barbaric consumption of " exotic food " as

was the case in the Survivor II series. In particular, while bushmeat

such as gorilla, baboon, monkey, their brains and body parts, is a

feature of African cuisine, we don't want any more encouragement

of these practices by First World people who can do better.
