Cattle merchants are finally going to be heard in earnest. Their long

standing demand to amend the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act (PCAA)

will be looked into by a study group set up on Tuesday by the Mumbai

suburban district collector S.S. Sangeet Rao.
