Tofu Spinach Dip

1/2 pound tofu

3 tablespoons mustard or mayonnaise

1 10 oz package frozen spinach (or fresh) -- cooked

1 large onion -- chopped

2 cloves garlic -- minced

2 tablespoons oil

dash pepper and tamari to taste

 

Saute onions and garlic in oil. Pour into blender, add remaining ingredients

and blend well. Serve with crackers or raw vegetables.
