When I try this recipe, I'm going to use soba noodles. The broth recipe will follow. * Exported from MasterCook * Broccoli, Bean, and Spaghetti Soup Recipe By :Simply Heavenly by Abbot George Burke Serving Size : 8 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1/3 cup chopped onion 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic 3 1/2 teaspoons corn oil 2 cups cooked dried beans 4 cups chopped broccoli 6 cups chopped tomato 1/2 teaspoon basil 1/2 teaspoon oregano 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1/2 teaspoon sea salt 2 cups UnChicken Broth (recipe will follow) 1 cup spaghetti -- uncooked, broken in pieces Saute the onion and garlic in the oil. Combine all the ingredients, except the spaghetti, and cook for 30 minutes. While this is being done, cook and drain the spaghetti.
