Guest guest
This recipe has been very popular recently on the fatfree list. I made it last Friday and we decided that it is one of the very best stews we have every eaten. I skipped the asafoetida powder and the lemon juice and poured in the whole can of hominy. I think that it is the spices that make it great, so don't do a lot of playing around with them.
