Guest guest Posted November 28, 1999 Report Share Posted November 28, 1999 If you are lucky enough to have an Asian food store near you, sometimes you can find wasabi in a tube, as well as the usual powder form. It's already mixed and ready to use for sushi and sahimi. I see a lot of recipes now that use it - it makes a tasty addition to salad dressing, mashed potatoes, or as part of a marinade for tofu (Risa, was that your recipe?).
