If you are lucky enough to have an Asian food store near you, sometimes you

can find wasabi in a tube, as well as the usual powder form. It's already

mixed and ready to use for sushi and sahimi. I see a lot of recipes now that

use it - it makes a tasty addition to salad dressing, mashed potatoes, or as

part of a marinade for tofu (Risa, was that your recipe?). It's a good thing

- sorry, couldn't resist.
