Guest guest Posted November 22, 1999 Report Share Posted November 22, 1999 * Exported from MasterCook * Chocolate Ricotta Pudding Recipe By :Skinny Chocolate by Phyllis Magida and Barbara Grunes Serving Size : 8 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened Dutch cocoa 3 tablespoons rum 2 2/3 cups low-fat ricotta cheese 3 1/2 teaspoons aspartame sweetener large pinch unsweetened Dutch cocoa large pinch aspartame sweetener Combine cocoa and rum and stir until smooth. Add mixture to ricotta. Add aspartame and stir together well. Spoon pudding into glass bowl. Cover and chill 3 hours or more. Mix a large pinch each of cocoa and aspartame and sprinkle over pudding.
