Guest guest Posted November 10, 1999 Report Share Posted November 10, 1999 * Exported from MasterCook * Pantry Pasta Recipe By : Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Vegetarian Pasta Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1/2 pound spaghetti 2/3 cup chopped walnuts or whole pig nola nuts ( toast the pignoli nuts to bring out their sweetness) 1 bunch fresh parsley -- chopped (1 cup will suffice) 1/2 cup sliced black olives 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese -- grated 3 tablespoons olive oil Salt and pepper to taste Cook the spaghetti in boiling water, as per package directions. While spaghetti is cooking, chop nuts, parsley and olives. When spaghetti is done, drain and put in a big bowl. Toss with oil, chopped ingredients and salt and pepper. Serve topped with Parmesan.
