Guest guest Posted November 1, 1999 Report Share Posted November 1, 1999 My husband is a fish eatting-vegetarian who has lots of restrictions-no wheat, no vinegar or fermented products (eg. soy sauce,mayo),no dairy, no added chemicals (eg. MSG, bouillion cubes). Since I have two kids, ages 3 yr. and 19 mo., meals must be quick and easy. (The kids won't always eat what dad does and so I can end up making at least 6 meals a day!)
