WIPE CLEAN (DON'T WASH OR EVEN RINSE) MUSHROOMS (ENOUGH FOR 2 PER SERVING) COAT MUSHROOMS WITH OLIVE OIL SLICE 1 ONION FOR EACH 2 SERVINGS HEAT SKILLET (I STILL LOVE IRON SKILLETS) AND SAUTE ONIONS. WHEN ONIONS ARE SEE THRU PUSH TO ONE SIDE AND PLACE MUSHROOMS IN SKILLET AND PAN BROIL. SEASON WITH STEAK SEASONING OR GARLIC. OPTIONAL: SPRINKLE WITH A LITTLE TARRAGON SLICE ENOUGH FRESH TOMATOES TO ALLOW SEVERAL SLICES PER SERVING. SPRINKLE WITH WHAT EVER HERBS YOU LIKE. I LOVE TARRAGON AND BASIL. FOR QUICK AND EASY DAYS I BUY 3 BEAN SALAD IN A JAR OR CAN. PRESENTATION: SERVE MUSHROOM AS FILET STEAK W/ONIONS, MAKE A FAN OF TOMATO SLICES AND TOP WITH BEAN SALAD.
