Guest guest Posted September 19, 1999 Report Share Posted September 19, 1999 * Exported from MasterCook * Cauliflower Gratin Recipe By : Linda McCartney's Home Cooking Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:20 Categories : Cauliflower Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 large cauliflower 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 large onion -- chopped 1/2 cup raisins 1/4 cup pine nuts 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese -- grated Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam for about 10 minutes, until it is just tender. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and saute the onion. Add the raisins and pine nuts, and continue the saute. Add the steamed cauliflower and mix well. Spoon the mixture into a wide casserole dish and top with the grated Parmesan. Put under a medium broiler for 5 minutes, until the cheese has browned. Serve hot.
