This is a really weird one, but my husband likes it. * Exported from MasterCook * Chinese Potatoes With Chili Beans Recipe By : adapted from the Ultimate Vegetarian Cookbook Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:15 Categories : Main Dishes, Vegetarian Quick Potatoes Beans And Legumes Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 16 ounces potatoes, canned -- cut in thick chunks 3 Green Onions -- sliced thin 1 large Chili Pepper -- seeded and sliced 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar 2 cloves Garlic -- crushed 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds Salt And Pepper -- to taste 16 ounces canned kidney beans Drain the potatoes. In large frying pan, stir fry the green onions and chili in vinegar for about 1 minute. Add garlic and fry for a few seconds longer. Add the potatoes, stirring well, then the beans and the soy sauce.
