Guest guest Posted June 28, 1999 Report Share Posted June 28, 1999 * Exported from MasterCook * Cole Slaw ala Holiday Inn, Greenville, Tenn Recipe By : Holiday Inn, Greenville, Tennessee Serving Size : 8 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 head cabbage -- chopped fine 1 carrot -- grated 1/2 teaspoon celery seed 1 tablespoon minced onion 1/4 green pepper -- cut fine Sour Cream Dressing: 2 tablespoons sugar 1 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons vinegar 1 teaspoon mustard 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 cup sour cream (dressing yields 1 cup) Chop cabbage and cover. Chill in refrigerator. Just before serving, mix with Sour Cream Dressing to moisten well. After chilling cabbage, add add the carrot, celery seeds, minced onion and green pepper to the cabbage and then stir in the dressing. Sour Cream Dressing: Mix sugar, salt vinegar, mustard and lemon juice. Whip in sour cream.
