Moosewood Desserts

Hi Karen,

 

I have the Moosewood Restaurant Book of Desserts and I like it. For the

price you were offered, I'd pick it up. (Retails for $22)

 

I haven't made too many things from it, because, like you, I don't make

desserts too often. What I have made has been good, however. They also

have a section on simple fruit desserts, which I particularly like, as well

as suggested combinations of fruit and cheese (this book is not vegan, btw).

 

I'll try and format a few over the next week.
