When we make hummus at home, we simply use garbanzo beans, some tahini, garlic, lemon juice and a tiny bit of olive oil (all amounts according to your own taste) and run it through the blender. We like it with a lot of garlic and lemon. ;-) Hope these help! Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth. Place in serving bowl. Sprinkle with parsley. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until chilled. Put the beans in a food processor and purée, then add the rest of the ingredients, except the lemon. Purée beans in food processor. Add onions, garlic, and remaining ingredients and blend until desired consistency. More sesame oil may be added if mixture is too thick. Garnish with parsley and additional toasted sesame seeds, if desired. Serve with toasted pita triangles.
