Guest guest Posted May 4, 1999 Report Share Posted May 4, 1999 * Exported from MasterCook II * Tempeh Fajitas Recipe By : The Vegan Network Serving Size : 2 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Mexican Tempeh Vegan Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 Tbs Olive Oil 4 Oz Tempeh -- thawed and -- cut in strips 1 Green Pepper -- cut in strips 1 Onion -- sliced 1 Tomato -- cut in wedges 1 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seed 1 Tsp Seasoned Salt 1/4 Tsp Pepper 4 Whole Wheat Tortillas Lettuce -- chopped Salsa Cook tempeh in 1/2 TBS oil until golden brown on both sides. Set aside. Saute pepper and onion in remaining 1/2 TBS oil until onions are soft. Add tomatoes, cooked tempeh and seasonings. Cook until the tomatoes are hot. Heat the tortillas. Put a quarter of the mixture onto each tortilla and roll up.
