I kind of came up with this based on a recipe that called for " real " ch*cken broth and stuff, but haven't tried it yet. * Exported from MasterCook * Chicken-Like Gravy Recipe By : Karen C. Greenlee Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:03 Categories : Sauces & Seasonings " Post " Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 tablespoons margarine 2 tablespoons flour 1 10.5 oz can vegetable broth 1 tablespoon McKay's Chicken-Style seasoning 1/2 cup milk 2 teaspoons minced dried onion 1/8 teaspoon pepper Melt butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Whisk in flour and cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute. Whisk in broth and remaining ingredients. Cook over medium heat, whisking constantly, 2 minutes or until mixture thickens.
