Guest guest Posted March 20, 1999 Report Share Posted March 20, 1999 * Exported from MasterCook II * Stove Top Zucchini Casserole Recipe By : Mary McDougall Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Entree Mcdougall Vegan Zucchini Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 6 Medium Zucchini -- thickly sliced 3 Potatoes -- chopped 4 Celery Stalks -- sliced 6 Green Onions -- sliced 1/2 Tsp Basil 1/4 Tsp Oregano 1 Tsp Low Sodium Tamari 1 Cup Tomato Sauce In a large saucepan, saute the onions and celery in 1/4 cup water about 5 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients. Stir gently to mix.
