Passion Fruit Cup

 

This recipe combines luscious passion fruit,

tangy kiwi fruit, and juicy red grapes,

all of which are excellent sources of vitamin C.

 

INGREDIENTS:

 

2 Passion fruit

1 T Honey

Lime juice

1 Kiwi, large, peeled, halved lengthwise and sliced

1 Banana, small, sliced in thin diagonals

3/4-1 c Red grapes, halved, seedless

 

PREPARATION METHOD

 

Cut top from each passion fruit.

scoop out pulp.

Combine with honey

and lime juice to taste.

Combine with the fruits, toss

gently and

serve. Makes 2 servings.
