Guest guest Posted June 5, 2003 Report Share Posted June 5, 2003 Dilled Cucumbers In Sour Cream 2 cups peeled and seeded cucumbers, sliced about 1/4 inchthick 1/2 to 1 teaspoon table salt Ice cold water to cover 1/2 to 1 teaspoon granulated sugar or Splenda 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon Onion Magic or, powdered onion 1/8 teaspoon Garlic Magic or powdered garlic (optional) 1/2 to 1 teaspoon Dill Weed Freshly ground Black Pepper (optional) 1/4 teaspoon Paprika About 1 cup sour cream Prepare cucumber. Sprinkle with salt. Cover with ICE COLD water. Cover and refrigerate 30 or 40 minutes. Drain well. Combine rest of desired ingredients. Mix with drained cucumbers. Toss lightly.
