Guest guest Posted April 10, 2003 Report Share Posted April 10, 2003 Dirty Potatoes 2 lbs. frozen hash browns 1 can French onion soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1 small onion, diced 1 cup sour cream 1 cup shredded cheese Preheat oven 350 Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
