Pepper Mill

 

Many cooks would consider a pepper mill more of a

necessity than a gadget.

The taste of freshly ground pepper over pre-ground can be

compared to the difference between fresh herbs and the

dried varieties.

 

Keep one in the kitchen for cooking and one on

the table for seasoning.

Remember that most mills can be adjusted for different

grinds (fine or coarse).
