Five Fruit Salad

 

INGREDIENTS:

1 c Seedless grapes

1/2 c Each of: peeled sliced and quartered orange,

cubed cantaloupe, sliced banana, and pineapple chunks

1/4 c Orange juice concentrate

1 t Lime juice

2 t Mint leaves, chopped

1/4 t Lime peel, grated

 

PREPARATION METHOD

 

Mix all ingredients in medium bowl.

Makes 4 (3/4 cup each) servings.
