Guest guest Posted January 29, 2003 Report Share Posted January 29, 2003 Garlic Toasts Makes 12 Toasts Salt and freshly ground black pepper 12 ( 1/2 inch thick) slices French baguette Vegetable oil cooking spray 2 Tbs. grated Parmesan cheese 1 tsp. minced garlic Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat bread slices on both sides with cooking spray and place on baking sheet. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt and pepper. Bake until golden brown and crisp, about 20 minutes.
