Guest guest Posted January 18, 2003 Report Share Posted January 18, 2003 Fruit 'N' Juice Breakfast Shake INGREDIENTS: 1 Banana, very ripe, peeled 3/4 c Pineapple juice 1/2 c Low-fat vanilla yogurt 1/2 c Strawberries, stem removed, rinsed PREPARATION METHOD Break banana into small pieces and place in the blender with pineapple juice, yogurt and strawberries. Secure lid and blend until smooth. Divide shake between two glasses and serve immediately. Makes 2 servings.
