Fruit 'N' Juice Breakfast Shake

 

INGREDIENTS:

1 Banana, very ripe, peeled

3/4 c Pineapple juice

1/2 c Low-fat vanilla yogurt

1/2 c Strawberries, stem removed, rinsed

 

PREPARATION METHOD

Break banana into small pieces and place in the blender with pineapple juice,

yogurt and strawberries. Secure lid and blend until smooth. Divide shake between

two glasses and serve immediately. Makes 2 servings.

 

NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION (per serving)

Calories: 168

Protein: 4 g

Carbohydrates: 35 g

Fat: 1 g

Cholesterol: 3 mg

Sodium: 43 mg
