Guest guest Posted January 15, 2003 Report Share Posted January 15, 2003 Oven Roast Greek Potatoes 4–5 medium potatoes; cubed 1 Tbsp. olive oil 1 Tbsp. butter; melted 1–2 Tbsp. all purpose Greek seasoning Preheat oven to 350F. Toss potatoes with remaining ingredients. Bake in 9x13 " casserole dish for 30-40 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden.
