I eat very little to none in juck food now what is junk food it is all the food you eat during the day and late night that makes you feel better when you are down. I enjoyed chips, ice cream, soda, chicken, mashed potatoes and so on. but now I enjoy a much healther diet and I feel a lot better about myself. I love when I put on a dress and it fits me fine. I am becoming a much better person than I have ever been. I just wanted to share that with you. comments and questions are welcome.
