Guest guest Posted November 20, 2002 Report Share Posted November 20, 2002 Pumpkin Cheese Dip 8 oz. container Tofutti Better Than Cream Cheese 1 c. solid pack pumpkin 1/8 c. dried minced onions 2 T. finely chopped jalapeno peppers 1 tsp. seasoned salt 1 t. vegetarian worcestershire sauce 1/4 c. + 1 T. chopped toasted pecans, divided assorted crackers, breadsticks, or raw veggies In a mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to combine all ingredients. Save 1 tablespoon of the pecans for garnish. Refrigerate dip for at least 4 hours before serving. Transfer to a pretty serving bowl and garnish with remaining pecans just before serving.
