Guest guest
citrus salad Prep Time | 20 min. Cook Time | min. Level of Difficulty | Easy We love the variety of textures and tastes in this fruity salad: juicy oranges, tangy grapefruit, crunchy jicama and sweet and spicy seasonings. Ingredients 3 medium orange(s) 2 medium grapefruit(s) 1 small jicama, peeled and cut into thin stick-like pieces 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon 1/8 tsp five-spice powder, or to taste Instructions Peel and segment the oranges and grapefruits with a knife, catching the juices in a bowl. Squeeze out all the juice from the remaining membranes. Toss fruit segments and jicama sticks with the cinnamon and five-spice powder. That’s it. Enjoy! Yields about 1 cup per serving. ===== Language is an expression of thought.
