Pineapple Cornbread

 

Ingredients

1 small pkg. cornbread mix

1/4 cup flour

1 8-oz. can of crushed pineapples

 

Directions

mix cornbread mix and flour. stir in pineapples and juice. bake at 375

degrees in a greased muffin pan for 15 minutes (times may vary...check with

toothpick)...brown tops quickly under broiler for the last two minutes or

so...serve with butter!

 

note: this recipe makes six muffins.

 

Another way to make this is with one package of cornbread mix and 1/8 cup of

oil. Pour in a regular size cake pan. Cook for 15 minutes at 375. Check with

toothpick and broil top for a couple of minutes. Then serve!
