Guest guest Posted November 6, 2002 Report Share Posted November 6, 2002 Roasted Peppers Ingredients 1/2 large red bell pepper 1/2 large yellow bell pepper 1/4 yellow onion, sliced olive oil garlic powder Directions Juliene peppers and place is a foil lined pie pan. Add onions. Add just enough oil to lightly coat the vegetables. Sprinkle with garlic powder. Place under broiler 10 minutes or until browned, tossing often. Serve as a sandwich, or with pasta. Note: I drink the juice made from this as a tonic.
