Guest guest
Hummus Ingredients 2 16 oz. cans garbanzo beans, or 2 cups cooked 5 cloves garlic 4 tbsp. pale tahini 2 tbsp. Olive oil Juice of 2 lemons Salt to taste Directions Pour off the liquid from the canned Garbanzo beans, saving 1/2 cup, or use fresh water with your precooked beans and put it all in the food processor with all the other ingredients and blend until smooth. Adding more tahini will increase the creamy texture of the hummus without changing the flavor too much. (The hot tip for making your Hummus sensational is to broil the cloves of garlic in a little olive oil just until they are soft. This will give the hummus full flavor without having an overpowering raw garlic zing!) _______________ MSN 8 with e-mail virus protection service: 2 months FREE* http://join.msn.com/?page=features/virus
