Guest guest Posted October 23, 2002 Report Share Posted October 23, 2002 MEDITERRANEAN SALAD 1 head iceberg lettuce, coarsely chopped 2 cucumbers, sliced 1 white onion, thinly sliced 1 (15-oz) jar hearts of palm, drained and sliced 2 tomatoes, cut into 8 pieces 1 cup Kalamata olives Combine all ingredients on a large platter and serve with Feta Cheese Dressing (below) DRESSING 8 oz Feta cheese, crumbled 1/4 cup olive oil 1/4 cup red wine vinegar 4 oz sour cream 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp dried oregano 1/2 tsp dried basil Combine all ingredients in a cruet and shake well.
