Guest guest
By planning for an upcoming event (party, wedding, etc.) you can really help yourself to stay close to the meal plan. If it is a dinner, think about portion control. If it is a buffet, think about making wise food choices and portion control. Remember the amounts of food that you prepare and eat while following the meal plan and use this as a guideline. A special event does not have to keep you from following your plan.
