Guest guest Posted October 16, 2002 Report Share Posted October 16, 2002 Cranberry Pear Crisp Prep time : 15 min Ready in :45 min Ingredients: 4 large ripe pears, cored, peeled and sliced (about 4 cups) 2 Tbsp. brown sugar 1 tsp. ground cinnamon, divided 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar 1/2 cup flour 3 Tbsp. margarine 1 cup POST SELECTS CRANBERRY ALMOND CRUNCH Cereal, lightly crushed Preparation: Toss pear slices, 2 Tbsp. sugar and 1/2 tsp. of the cinnamon in large bowl. Arrange in 8-inch square baking dish. Mix 1/2 cup sugar, flour and remaining 1/2 tsp. cinnamon in large bowl; cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in cereal.
