Guest guest Posted October 16, 2002 Report Share Posted October 16, 2002 Cheddary Artichoke Snacks Prep time : 10 min Ready in :13 min Ingredients: 20 slices French bread, toasted 1 jar (6 oz.) marinated artichoke hearts, drained, chopped 1/4 cup sliced roasted red peppers 2 Tbsp. green onion slices 1 pkg. (10 oz.) CRACKER BARREL Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, cut into 20 slices Preparation: Top toast slices with artichokes, peppers, onion and cheese. Place on cookie sheet.
