Guest guest Posted September 25, 2002 Report Share Posted September 25, 2002 Balsalmic Vinegar Dressing 1 Tbsp. balsalmic vinegar 3 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil Wedge of lime 1 tsp. soy sauce or bragg's liquid aminos 1 clove garlic, minced Pepper to taste In a small bowl, place all ingredients, squeezing lime juice and discarding rind. Let sit for at least 5 minutes before dressing salad. Salad: In a large bowl, combine red or green leaf salad (washed and torn, not cut, into pieces) and baby leaf (gourmet) salad mix. Add English cucumber, ripe tomato, and avacado. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and a large handful of nutritional yeast (opt.). Pour dressing over salad and mix.
