Fruit Smoothie

Makes 2 servings

 

 

1 ripe banana

1/2 bag frozen fruit (cherries or any kind of berries)

 

Apple juice

Soy milk

 

Add frozen fruit to a blender. Add enough apple juice

to almost cover the fruit. Add 1/4 - 1/2 cup soymilk

and banana. Blend.

 

After making this the first time, you'll get a feel

for how much liquid to add. If possible, add fresh

apple juice. Cherry is the best fruit to use.
