Serve with corn on the cob; coleslaw. Ingredients - - Lettuce leaves 1/4 cup fat-free or reduced-calorie mayonnaise 1 tsp. chopped canned chipotles or 1/2 tsp. chili powder 2 - Southwestern-style veggie burgers 2 - whole-wheat hamburger buns, toasted 1 - vine-ripened tomato, sliced Preparation - Estimated cooking time: under 30 minutes - 1 In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and chipotles or chili powder. Add a squeeze of lime juice if you like. 2 Heat a stovetop grill pan or heavy-bottomed sauté pan over medium-high heat. Cook veggie burgers. 3 Assemble burgers in buns with lettuce, tomatoes and a smear of chipotle mayonnaise. ===== Language is an expression of thought.
