Guest guest Posted September 6, 2002 Report Share Posted September 6, 2002 Honey Buttermilk Oatbread Servings: 15 Ingredients: 3 1/3 cups bread flour 1/2 cup rolled oats 1/3 cup oat bran 2 tablespoons dry milk powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 2 teaspoons salt 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened 1/4 cup honey 1 egg 1 1/8 cups buttermilk 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast or bread machine yeast Directions: 1. Place the ingredients into the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select the setting for white bread. Press Start. ..
