Ingredients 1 package of morning star crumbles or your favorite ground beef substitute 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt 4 slices American or Swiss cheese (optional) 4 hot dog buns, split Pickle relish (optional) Prepared mustard (optional) Catsup (optional) Directions: 1. Preheat the broiler. Mix together the beef substitute and seasoned salt. Shape into 4 logs, 6 to 7 inches long. Place on the rack of an unheated broiler pan. Broil 3 to 4 inches from the heat about 10 minutes or until done, turning once. If desired, top with the cheese slices. 2. Serve on buns with relish, mustard, and catsup, if desired. Makes 4 servings.
