Ingredients 1/2 cup tub-style cream cheese 2 tablespoons honey 1/2 cup cherry or orange yogurt 2 16-ounce cans unpeeled apricot halves, fruits for salad, peach slices, or pear slices, drained Directions: 1. In a small mixing bowl stir together the cream cheese and honey until smooth. Stir in cherry or orange yogurt. 2. Cut up fruit, if desired. Spoon desired fruit into individual dishes. Dollop about 2 tablespoons cream cheese mixture atop each serving. Store remaining topping, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Stir before serving. Makes 8 servings. Make-ahead tip: Chill fruit topping up to 2 hours before serving.
