In a medium saucepan combine frozen broccoli, uncooked rice, and water. Bring to boiling, stirring occasionally to break up frozen broccoli. 2. Remove from heat. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Over low heat, stir in cheddar or Swiss cheese just until cheese melts. Makes 4 servings.
