Guest guest Posted August 30, 2002 Report Share Posted August 30, 2002 Broiled Peanut Butter Sandwich Ingredients 8 slices white, whole wheat, or cinnamon-raisin bread 1/2 to 2/3 cup creamy or chunky-style peanut butter 1/3 cup desired jelly, jam, or marmalade Directions: 1. Preheat the broiler. Spread half of the bread slices with peanut butter, then add the desired jelly, jam, or marmalade. Top with remaining bread slices. 2. Broil 4 inches from the heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until toasted. Turn and broil for 1 to 2 minutes more. Makes 4 servings.
