Guest guest Posted April 9, 2002 Report Share Posted April 9, 2002 Wheat Tortillas Serves: 6 to 8 8-inch tortillas, 1 tortilla per serving Measures Translation Table Ingredients: Dry: 1 cup unbleached flour 1/2 cup whole wheat flour 2 scoops GeniSoy® Ultra-XT Protein Powder 1/2 tsp. salt Liquid: 3/4 cup water 2 Tbsp. Oil Instructions: 1. In a food processor, mix together the dry ingredients 2. Mix the liquid ingredients together 3. Pour it in the processor while it is running 4. Process until the dough forms a ball 5. Separate the dough into 8 balls and roll out into 8-inch rounds 6. Cook each tortilla on a hot griddle on both sides until it bubbles up, making golden brown spots all over 7. Store inside a towel while cooking the remaining tortillas 8.
